Brand Refresh: A New Itron for a New Era

Today, we are proud to unveil our new brand identity, which symbolizes our evolution as a company and reinforces our unwavering commitment to innovating new ways for utilities and cities to manage energy and water. We are creating new efficiencies, connecting communities, encouraging sustainability, and increasing resourcefulness—today and in the future. 

As a proven leader in the industry, we help drive the transition to cleaner energy and water delivery while transforming the way grid operators address critical challenges and enabling a resilient, reliable grid. The brand refresh symbolizes our ability to provide more intelligence at the edge and dedication to understanding and solving our customers’ needs.

Our new logo, with its leaner font, modern lines and richer colors, represents our focus on innovation and progress. The ray of light shining from the "O" highlights our ability to illuminate the path forward for the industry, particularly as we expand our offerings and mark growth in key areas like:

  • Electricity: Enabling improved visibility and control at the grid edge. Boosting utility and city customers’ energy efficiency and cost savings and enabling the transition to lower-carbon energy, EVs and a more robust, resilient and reliable grid.
