Wireless gas shut off valve dramatically improves operational efficiency and safety
LIBERTY LAKE, Wash.—January 4, 2011—Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI) announced today it acquired C&N Engineering's GasGate™ technology to augment its gas solutions by adding remote gas shut-off capabilities to its product portfolio. This specialized shut-off valve can be used in conjunction with Itron's gas technology around the world to improve gas distribution reliability and safety.
