Itron recently received an AGORA Award in the large business category from Greater Spokane Incorporated (GSI), the Spokane, Washington region’s chamber of commerce and economic development organization. Seven local businesses and organizations took home AGORA Awards in various categories on June 1 for demonstrating business excellence in the Spokane community.

The AGORA Awards have been a staple of Spokane’s business community for the past 31 years. It’s the region’s premier business awards ceremony that celebrates and recognizes business excellence. GSI cited Itron’s gift program, contributions to saving resources and dollars through innovation, and efficiency in products and process as examples of business excellence.
